The main house is  no longer available in the summer ,and it is only the 2 studios we rent out.

For larger groups it is possible to hire both studios and accomodate upto 8 persons. The Studios are closeby but offer privacy.

The Sunset studio is ideal for 2,offering beautiful sea views,and cosy accomodation.

The Spa studio is ideal for a larger group or family and has the added benefit of the garden Hot Spa,with massage Jets,and seating for 6.

Both Studios are set in a private wooded garden which creates a beautiful enviroment to relax in. It is less than a mile to the sandy beach at Bantham, with its dunes and river mouth.The village offers a great pub, the Sloop, with excellent food, and the village shop is also a coffee shop with views to the river Avon.

From the studios are some stunning walks,either along the river Avon,or along the cliffs and coastline. There are many smaller coves and beaches offering a welcome rest and possible swim.

A popular walk is to Hope Cove along the cliffs, and arriving at the Anchor Inn.You can see Hope Cove and its headland from the Studios.
